Adventure Meditation
Adventures can make life extremely fun and exciting.
They also lead you to new people and new items that will support you in this life. In this meditation we are going to go on an imaginative adventure and find magical items and people that will help us in this life.
So find a comfortable position and begin to relax.
Notice your lungs expand and contract.
Allow your body to relax.
Let all your weight sink down knowing the ground will support you. Any thoughts that come into your mind, imagine as leaves floating down a river.
Just watch how they disappear.
Continue to breathe. With each inhale you sink deeper into relaxation.
Now imagine yourself getting ready for an adventure of a lifetime. You choose a destination, prep your bags, get your vehicle ready, gathering any tickets or anything else you’ll need to enjoy the trip.
Visualize starting the adventure by driving, walking, flying, or whatever you see for yourself toward your destination. You have everything you need for it to be a success which helps you to relax and enjoy it even more.
Imagine along the way you encounter special items that will help you in this life.
You reach your destination and have the best time of your life. What does that look like? What does that feel like?
Now you return from the trip with these special items that will continue to help you in this life from here on out.
Take a few deep breaths and begin to return to your body. Reconnecting with all your senses. At your own pace take one more deep breath, exhale any leftover stress. You can open your eyes and return from the meditation.
