Momentology - Bring Me to Life Album Review
The album Bring Me To Life by Momentology has become a mainstay for my morning and/or evening routines as I flow through yoga or get into creating through arts and crafts.

Momentology has recently released a new album with a name I think we can all appreciate! Momentology is the multifaceted electronic music project of DJ, instrumentalist, performer & producer Patrick Kiebzak. The music has been flowing out steadily from this creative channel. I mean this is his 10th, 20th album? What I can say for sure is he has a TON of music. Check out his Bandcamp and you’ll see what I mean!
I honestly love all the music he puts out there whether it’s a collaboration with musicians, singers, producers, his solo music. It’s all just so darn good. According to his website Momentology.net, he has been “strumming his guitar, slapping the bass, pounding on drums, and peacefully sitting at his computer for hours at a time to create the perfect blend of sounds and energies,” for 15 years!
This is another beautiful album by Patrick. We had our friend Moony listen in and here is some more of what she had to say:
Each song is uplifting and easy to move and work to. My personal favorite on the album is “Slither,” an eclectic mix that reminds me of a mesh between Native American and Egyptian cultures with an overall upstep that one can’t help but smile and flow through (be it a fluid chaturanga, a rhythmic and pulsing goddess squat, or any other form of playful expression).
I highly recommend this album to anyone in search of music for yoga, energizing morning routines, or simply a soothing and cleansing background rhythm.
One thing that I have noticed is how many people love to move their bodies either with yoga, dance, or some other form of movement. Was this something intentional he envisioned during the creation of the album? This is a question he actually answers during our LIVE video chat which you can watch right here!
Now take a moment to listen to his album and let us know what you think!
