Divine Expression Meditation
This meditation can help you tune in to your Divine Expression. Using visualization and mindfulness practices, you'll be guided by a gentle voice and soothing ocean waves mixed with hang drum.
The guidance here is open to all belief systems. If you enjoy this meditation and are interested in going much deeper with it, please visit https://www.bringme2life.com/dec2021
Can’t listen but want some guidance? Follow these suggested steps.
1. Begin by breathing deeply for a few minutes. Observe each thought, feeling, and emotion without becoming attached. Just watch it all come and go.
2. Protect yourself by imaging roots spreading into the ground, surrounding yourself with a protective light, call in and ask a guide you trust to assist you in staying protected and grounded.
3. Allow yourself to detach from the ego and the body. Allow your awareness to drift deep inside. Keep breathing and let everything else go.
4. Either inside your mind or out loud, ask to be a conduit for the divine energy. Ask to be a channel for divine expression. Become mindful of any new feelings that follow. 5. Imagine feeling a wave of divine energy waiting for your permission to assist you in being divinely creative and expressive more in your life. This energy will help you feel supported, appreciated, and living with more purpose.
5. Once you begin to feel that energy flowing in, you can begin to communicate with it, ask questions, or just be and exist with it and observe it without any judgements.
6. Remember to continue letting go of your ego so the energy can channel through you better.
7. When you are ready to come back to your body and into the physical, focus on your breath and let your awareness reconnect to your body and your ego.
8. If you have something you’d like to create with the help of this divine expression, you can begin to put pen to paper as they say and get started with a feeling that whatever happens is in the divine’s will.
9. Ride that wave until it fades, just make sure to take care of your body and drink water.
10. Whenever you’re ready to end the meditation, bring in a deep inhale, hold it at the top for whoever long feels the best and then exhale, open your eyes and stretch your body.
Thanks for being part of this practice. Selomon wishing you a great day and Namaste.
