Guided Meditation for Expressing Yourself
You are the one who must claim your power. No one else can do it for you. In this meditation gain access to the power within you to follow your life’s purpose. That includes learning how to express yourself and stand your ground.
Take a moment to forgive yourself and others for any moments that you weren’t able to stand your ground, or express yourself fully.
Because real power resides in this present moment, feel yourself really claiming your true power.
You are a divine and magical soul that is a reflection of God. See if you can tune in to the feeling of claiming your power.
If at first you need to pretend, that’s fine. But I promise that after doing this a few times a week, you will begin to feel it physically and spiritually.
Now this exercise is going to be fun, I’m really looking forward to hearing about everyone’s experience doing this part.
I want you to create a moment, in your mind, using that amazing imagination of yours. We all have access to it, it’s you’re right as a reflection of god. So create a moment that maybe a block comes up and you find yourself struggling to hold your power and hold your ground. It’s tough to express yourself.
The fun part comes right after this.
So in this moment that you created, you struggled. Accept the moment without attaching any emotions or feelings to it. Send love to yourself and say everything is ok.
Now imagine that this version of you now has a super power.
This super power helps you to claim your true power.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
Imagine being able to overcome that obstacle. The reward you would feel from it. Now you are stronger. More true to your real self.
Bask in that before the final part of this meditation.
Before we end, repeat these affirmations along with me in your mind or out loud if you’re in a safe space.
Everything unfolding now is helping me to realize my true power and potential.
I am free to be me.
It is healthy for me to stand my ground when necessary.
I am transforming my spirit, mind, and body in miraculous ways.
I am able to express myself with confidence.
Now end the meditation by connecting with the breath, drawing your awareness back into your physical body. Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Gently open your eyes.
