A Healing, Fun, and Creative 8 Week Experience
Open up Your Creativity. Find and Strengthen that Divine Connection and Expression. This 8 week experience was created to help others learn ways of channeling the divine through expression and creativity.

Modules
Week 1 - Opening Ceremony with Setting of Boundaries and Agreements + Introductions/ Origin Stories
The first week we will create a healthy group setting and share introductions.
Week 2 - Diving Into Channeling and Divine Expression
The second week is where we get to dive into what channeling and divine expression mean to us and how we can work with them to gain a deeper connection to the Divine and Creativity.
Week 3 - Healing Our Trauma and What May Be Blocking Us
Week three is about acknowledge and healing trauma in a safe space, being held with love and compassion. This is where everything begins to shift and change.
Week 4 - Finding Your Divine Expression with Journaling and Writing
This module we will begin to work with certain writing exercise and prompts that will help you to find your flow with Divine Expression and build up momentum for the rest of the experience.
Midway Check In and Catch Up
After week 4, we’ll have an optional check in call at the usual time to go over any questions, help others catch up with any of the previous weeks.
Week 5 - Channeling Your Divine Expression Through Art and Music
This is the part of the experience where we get creative and dive into ways of channeling Divine Expression into different art forms. Live participants will get a chance to share their creations.
Week 6 - Platforms For Divine Expression
Week 6 we will go over some of the platforms that we have access to that allows us to share our Divine Expression and connect with others who will appreciate your specific channel.
Week 7 - Confidence, Sexuality, and Cultivating Creative Energy
This will be the module where we learn ways of establishing more confidence in who we are and how we’re connected to the Divine. We’ll also talk about cultivating that creative energy and how that can help us through the wild experience of life.
Week 8 - Closing Ceremony with Teacher Blessings
The final week we will have a ceremony to finish up this experience together. Each person will have an opportunity share their blessings.
